If you are unable to set a campaign to Active, it is likely due to your current subscription status.

Why This Happens #
Only accounts with an active paid subscription can activate campaigns.
If your account is on a Trial plan, campaigns cannot be set to Active. Trial accounts are limited to preview access only.
This means:
- Your Smart Funnel can only be viewed in Preview Mode.
- QR codes cannot be scanned or used publicly.
- Customers cannot access the live funnel.
How to Activate a Campaign #
To activate a campaign:
- Upgrade to a paid subscription.
- Return to your Campaign settings.
- Toggle the campaign status to Active.
- Save your changes.
Once activated, your funnel will be live and your QR code will begin working immediately.
