How Review Insights Works

Review Insights transforms individual customer reviews into meaningful business intelligence using artificial intelligence.

Instead of requiring you to manually read every review, Review Insights automatically analyzes customer feedback, identifies recurring patterns, groups similar topics, measures customer sentiment, and generates actionable recommendations.

Step 1: Customer Reviews Are Collected #

Review Insights begins by collecting customer reviews associated with your products through your ReviewScanGo campaigns.

As more reviews are received, the AI has additional information to analyze, allowing it to identify trends and produce more accurate recommendations.

The larger your review history becomes, the more valuable your reports become.

Step 2: Every Review Is Individually Analyzed #

Each customer review is processed independently by the AI.

During this analysis, Review Insights examines:
