You may upgrade, downgrade, or modify your subscription at any time by visiting your Account Plan page.
Plan Changes and Proration #
When upgrading or downgrading an active subscription, the unused portion of your current plan is automatically prorated and credited toward your new subscription.
This ensures you only pay the difference when changing plans.
Cancelling Your Subscription #
If you choose to cancel your subscription:
- Your current plan will remain active until the end of your billing period.
- You will continue to have full access to your plan features until the expiration date.

What Happens After Plan Changes #
When your plan expires or you downgrade to a lower tier:
- Any active campaigns exceeding your new plan’s limits will be automatically set to Inactive.
- Promotions or products that exceed plan limits will be restricted from use in active campaigns.
- Associated live funnels and QR codes will stop functioning until the campaigns are reactivated within the new limits.
Your data remains saved, and you may reactivate campaigns at any time, provided they fall within your current plan’s allowances.
