Downgrading your subscription changes the limits and features available to your account. To ensure your account remains compliant with the limits of your new plan, certain adjustments are applied automatically.
Below is what you can expect when you downgrade.
Campaign Status Changes #
When you downgrade your plan:
- All active campaigns are automatically set to Inactive.
- Your Smart Funnels will no longer be publicly accessible.
- QR codes linked to those campaigns will stop working until campaigns are reactivated.
This safeguard ensures your account stays within the limits of your new subscription tier.
Reactivating Campaigns #
After downgrading, you may reactivate campaigns up to the limits allowed under your new plan.
For example:
- If your new plan allows 1 campaign, you may activate only one campaign at a time.
- If your new plan limits the number of promotions or products, only those within the allowed limits can remain active.
Any campaigns exceeding your new plan’s limits must remain inactive unless you upgrade again.
What Stays the Same #
Downgrading does not delete your data.
- Your campaigns remain saved.
- Your products remain saved.
- Your promotions remain saved.
- Your collected leads and reviews remain accessible.
Inactive campaigns can be edited, archived, or reactivated at any time within your plan limits.
Feature Adjustments #
If your new plan does not include certain features (such as Personalized Branding, Seller Feedback collection, or Meta Pixel support), those features will no longer function in active campaigns until you upgrade again.
Important Considerations #
Before downgrading, we recommend reviewing:
- The number of active campaigns
- The number of linked promotions
- The number of products assigned to campaigns
- Any features that may no longer be available
If you rely on multiple active campaigns or advanced features, ensure your new plan supports your current setup.
Canceling Your Paid Subscription #
If you cancel your paid subscription, your account is automatically moved to Trial status.
Account Status Change #
Upon cancellation:
- Your account is set to Trial.
- All campaigns are automatically set to Inactive.
- Smart Funnels and QR codes become unavailable to shoppers.
Best Practice #
Before downgrading:
- Decide which campaigns you want to keep active.
- Deactivate campaigns that exceed your new plan limits.
- Confirm your promotions and product assignments align with the new tier.
This will make the transition smoother and avoid interruptions to your live funnels.
If you’re unsure which plan best fits your needs, consider using your trial period to evaluate before making changes.
