Step 1: Customer Lands on Your Smart Funnel Page #
After scanning the QR code, your customer is taken to your branded funnel page.
This page can include:
- Your logo and branding
- A thank-you message
- Instructions for redeeming a gift or promotion
- Optional messaging customized per campaign
This creates a controlled post-purchase environment outside the marketplace.
Step 2: Customer Enters Contact Information #
To redeem their offer (if one is attached), customers are prompted to enter:
- Name
- Email address
- Optional order details

All data is stored inside your Claim Center dashboard.
Step 3: Customer Provides Product Feedback #

To stay 100% compliant, providing a review on the marketplace platform such as Amazon is completely voluntary and never mandatory. However, your customers feedback is always saved in your dashboard for your own review.
If the customer selects a neutral or negative experience: #
Their feedback is recorded privately inside your dashboard.
They are not directed to leave a public review.

Step 5: Gift Redemption #
Once the funnel is completed, the claim appears in your Claims Center.
From there, you can:
- Approve or reject claims
