If your QR code scans successfully but the Smart Funnel does not load, the issue is typically related to your campaign status or subscription.
Below are the most common causes and how to resolve them.
1. Campaign Is Not Active #
Your campaign must be set to Active in order for the funnel to load publicly and collect customer data and reviews.

To check:
- Go to Campaigns in your dashboard.
- Open the campaign linked to the QR code.
- Confirm the status is set to Active.
- Save changes if needed.
If the campaign is set to Inactive, scanning the QR code will not load the live funnel – you can only view the funnel in Preview Mode.
2. Campaign or Promotion not found #
If you’re trying to preview your funnel by scanning the QR code on your mobile device, you must be logged in your mobile device, otherwise you may see any error.

To resolve this:
- Log in to your ReviewScanGo account on your mobile device
- Then scan the QR Code on your mobile device
3. No Active Paid Subscription #
Only accounts with an active paid subscription can run live campaigns.
If your account is on Trial, your funnels can only be viewed in Preview Mode. QR codes will not function publicly.
To resolve this:
- Visit your Account Plan page.
- Upgrade to an active paid subscription.
- Reactivate your campaign.
4. It Was Working Before #
If your funnel previously worked and suddenly stopped, it is likely due to one of the following:
- Your subscription expired.
- A payment was declined.
- The campaign status was changed to Inactive.
- Your plan was downgraded and exceeded new plan limits.
In these cases, campaigns are automatically set to Inactive until the issue is resolved.
How to Fix the Issue #
- Confirm your subscription status is active.
- Ensure your campaign is set to Active.
- Save and test the QR code again.
Once both your subscription and campaign status are active, the funnel will load immediately.
