You are responsible for fulfilling and shipping the free gift to the customer after a successful redemption.
Fulfillment Options #
There are two primary ways to deliver physical free gifts:
Option 1: Self-Fulfillment #
You can ship the product directly to the customer yourself.
In this case:
- The customer’s shipping details are collected during the Smart Funnel process.
- You manually package and ship the item.
- You manage tracking and delivery independently.
This option gives you full control over packaging and logistics.
Option 2: Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) #
If your free gift is stored in Amazon FBA inventory, you can create a fulfillment order through Amazon Seller Central.
This allows you to:
- Ship a unit directly from your Amazon inventory
- Avoid handling and shipping the product yourself
- Leverage Amazon’s fulfillment infrastructure
When using FBA, you are responsible for creating and managing the fulfillment order within your Amazon account.
