# Digital Download

You can offer digital content such as an eBook, extended warranty document, user guide, or other downloadable resource as part of your promotion.

## **File Requirements**

To ensure proper delivery, digital downloads must meet the following requirements:

- File format: **PDF only**
- Maximum file size: **5MB**

If your file exceeds the size limit, you can reduce it using a free PDF compression tool such as Adobe’s online compressor:

## **How Delivery Works**

Once a customer completes your Smart Funnel and qualifies for the promotion:

- The PDF file is automatically delivered on screen as a clickable link and to their email.
- No manual fulfillment is required (unless your campaign approval setting requires manual approval).

This allows you to distribute digital bonuses instantly and seamlessly as part of your post-purchase experience.
